In keeping with the philosophy that agents are partners and stakeholders in the success of the business, Keller Williams Realty has created a distinct profit sharing program in which approximately 50 percent of every market center’s profits every month are returned to those who have contributed to a market center’s growth by attracting productive associates to the office.
To date, 14 Keller Williams associates have earned more than $1 million in profit share and fully 23,769 associates are participating in the profit share program.
Multiple streams of income are necessary when looking to make a career out of real estate. Profit Share does not come from associate commissions, but rather from market center profit. Profit Sharing is a means for distributing the wealth and rewarding associates for growing the company.
The program allows any Keller Williams Realty associate, affiliate broker, or employee the opportunity to participate in the profits they help generate without assuming any financial risks.
Participants become vested after three years meaning that even if you leave the company, you'll continue to receive profit share checks. Your Profit Share can even be willed to your heirs.

Cinco Charities, Inc. is the non-profit organization created and run by Keller Williams Premier Realty associates. Keller Williams' Vice-Chair, Mo Anderson, challenged each and every broker, team leader, and agent to 'leave a legacy' within the communities in which they live.
Our office's response was the research and development of Cinco Charities - dedicated to providing free temporary housing for patients and their families visiting our local hospitals for the treatment of life-threatening illnesses.
Since 2008, we've provided hundreds of nights of free lodging to our guests - all of them at absolutely no cost to the guest. Our patients come to us through referrals from local hospitals, physicians and community service providers from as far away as Rochester, NY and as close as Pattison, TX.

Hardship is defined as a difficult circumstance that a person or family cannot handle without outside help.
RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day is a Keller Williams Realty service initiative dedicated to improving our local communities. All Keller Williams Realty associates in the United States and Canada are asked to donate their time annually on May 13th to renewing and energizing aspects of their local communities.
Because of her constant commitment to the culture of our company, this day has been dedicated in honor of our Vice Chairman, Mo Anderson. In 2011, Red Day will be held instead on May 12.
