In October of 1999 Keller Williams Realty began publication of Keller Williams Premier Homes Magazine. Premier Homes Magazine is an integral part of the growth of Keller Williams Realty Katy @ Cinco Ranch, helping our Keller Williams office become the largest and one of the fastest growing real estate offices in the Katy area. Additionally, with over 1500 transactions annually and sales volume of approximately $300,000,000, we are ranked among the top real estate offices in the Greater Houston Area.
The publications' 2008 planned distribution is 60,000 issues printed every other month. There is continuous distribution concentrated on the West Side of Houston in Randall's, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, HEB, Big Lots and approximately 60 other business in and around Katy. Furthermore, 47,500 issues are delivered directly to homes in the Greater Katy area by the Katy News & the Katy Times.
During 2007 we made several improvements to the magazine which include; upgrading the entire magazine to heavy glossy enamel paper, increasing distribution & continued marketing of our online version of the magazine, www.katypremierhomes.com.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to advertise in our magazine during 2008. Our best value is our vendor directory ad (costing $600 paid annually in advance). This covers an entire year of circulation with over 360,000 copies printed during that time. Additionally, the directory is divided into categories for easy reference, much like the yellow pages.
In order to provide a better value to Premier Magazine advertisers, we offer business card sized ads for only $720 annually. Any vendor that purchases a full page, half page, quarter page, third page or business card sized ad will also be listed in the directory at the front of the magazine.
As a further incentive to our advertisers, we have placed a business card display in the lobby of our office. This display allows our advertisers to easily promote themselves to our agents, customers and clients. Furthermore, all agents within our office have agreed to support our advertisers at every opportunity. As an added benefit, all advertisers are promoted on our company web-site; www.katytxhomes.com as well as www.katypremierhomes.com.
I have attached the cover from a recent issue and an example of our business card directory. I have also included a contract should you decide to advertise in our publication. Simply, fill out the enclosed form and return it to our office with your payment. Our first issue of 2008 will be on shelves in early January.
